I have been with WiSolve for two years.

What roles have you held within WiSolve (projects, leadership, committees, etc.)?
I have served as a Consultant and Project Manager and currently serve as the Director of Professional Development.

What motivated you to join WiSolve?
I wanted to deepen my understanding of consulting while exploring how life sciences and business intersect in practice. WiSolve felt like the right environment to develop that bridge between my scientific background and the business world.

What are your current career goals?
I’m working toward a career at the intersection of translational research and commercial strategy—specifically as a product manager and market strategist, where I can help move science from the bench to real-world impact.

What skills have you developed or strengthened through WiSolve?
WiSolve has helped me sharpen a range of skills from conducting market assessments and managing client relationships to leading teams and juggling multiple priorities simultaneously. It has been a great environment to develop both the technical and interpersonal sides of consulting.

What has been your most rewarding or meaningful experience with WiSolve so far?
Finding a community of like-minded people who share my passion for bridging science and business has been especially meaningful. Working on consulting cases alongside C-suite professionals at companies has been both humbling and incredibly formative.
