 How long have you been with WiSolve?
I’ve been with WiSolve for about two years, during which I’ve had the opportunity to grow within the organization and take on increasing levels of responsibility.

What roles have you held within WiSolve (projects, leadership, committees, etc.)?
I’ve held several roles at WiSolve, including Consultant, Project Manager, Supervisor, and now Director of Finance. Through these roles, I’ve worked directly with clients, led project teams, mentored other consultants, and currently oversee financial planning and operations for the organization.

What motivated you to join WiSolve?
I participated in the Morgridge Entrepreneurial Bootcamp, where I developed an interest in consulting. I joined WiSolve to gain hands-on experience and explore this career path further.

What are your current career goals?
Through my experiences at WiSolve, I’ve developed a strong interest in pursuing a career in life science consulting as well as roles in industry.

What skills have you developed or strengthened through WiSolve?
One of the most valuable skills I’ve developed is the ability to translate a client’s ideas and goals into structured, actionable plans. I’ve also strengthened my presentation and communication skills through client interactions and team collaboration.

What has been your most rewarding or meaningful experience with WiSolve so far?
It has been especially rewarding to see clients achieve their goals after the team has invested significant effort into a project. Being able to contribute to that impact makes the experience meaningful.
